Lessons learned from playing Banquet and Guest Lectures
The Science of Banquet Guest Lecture on Microbial Modeling has two videos: A - Predictive Microbiology and B - Risk Assessment because videos of 30 minutes or more cannot be uploaded to this website. Also, the Guest Lecture was prepared in 2020 before minor changes were made to the science behind Banquet. Thus, the lecture is not completely current but will hopefully help in better understanding the game of Banquet.
